Thanks for the quick reply.
All the universities i have mentioned provide degree with "Business Analytics"specialization
(MSBA).
Even Arizona state university also gives the degree masters in business analytics from its business school.
Hi srujankadnur

ASU still retains the same. GSU should be somewhere around Low/Med mod. Applying early always helps.

Can you suggest me any safe universities in West Coast?
MSmaverick helping tag , tagging is case sensitive
Hi srujankadnur

I am not very good with USA's Geography. So, if you can give me a list of names, I can provide an eval.

Looking to apply for some safe universities in California.

1)University of Southern California - I know it would be Ambi
2) University of San Fransisco

Any other suggestions?
srujankadnur

1)USC - Ambi and erratic. It is good if you get an admit, but don't pin your hopes on it.
2)U san Fran -safe

May be San Diego. Should be safe or low mod.
MSmaverick

what exactly do u mean by erratic?
How about UC San Diego?
Hi srujankadnur

Erratic means, there is no set pattern in the admit process. Sometimes they give admit, sometimes they deny admit. No one is sure of the reason. For Example: UTD is not erratic. They have a set pattern. As long as you clear a few criterion, you are selected.

BTW, I categorised San Diego in my earlier reply as safe or Low mod. Please check carefully.
Hi MSmaverick,

Thanks for your assistance.
I had applied for 7 universities
1)UC Boulder
2) ASU
3)UIC
4)UTD
5)UCONN
6)GSU
7)SMU - Cox

I have received admits from UC Boulder, ASU and UIC.
No rejects yet.

I am thinking to reject ASU since its a 9 month course and tuition fee is around 51k.
Can you help me choose between UC Boulder and UIC?
Congrats srujankadnur on your admits.

Yep, ASU is removed. I think brand and course wise, Boulder is better than UIC.If you are looking for Finance sector related jobs, UIC might be a better bet. Both are a bit high on fee and cost of living. I am not familiar with the on-campus jobs at Boulder, but at UIC you can get it with some efforts. The decision is yours.
