Hello everyone. I'm new to edulix. Please suggest me some universities. Any help from you guys will be appreciated.

I have no clue to what universities should i aim for, any suggestions would be really helpful. Also, should i reappear for gre?
I suggest a list heavy with safe bets and moderately ranked programs.

UC Riverside, SJSU, Stony Brooks, RIT, SDSU, Clemson, Portland State University, UTA, George Mason, Buffalo, Amherst (Ambitious).....
