I have lower in Verbal, I agree.
Other Profile aspects seems to be ok and hence can I Consider this:
Safe : UTD, SJSU
Mod: ASU,NCSU,UWMadison,
Ambi: GaTech,TAMU,UMinn,V Tech,Colorado
Wisconsin is not moderate. It is ambitious. UFL could be a good replacement.
