I will be applying for Masters in Computer Science with specialization in Machine Learning for Fall 2018 in USA and Canadian Universities. Below is my profile:

Undergrad Major, B.Tech: Computer Science and Engineering
CGPA: 9.02/10
College Rank: top 10 out of 350 students
GRE: 321 (Q-168 | V-153 | AWA-3.5)
TOEFL: 110 (Reading: 27, Listening: 28, Speaking: 27, Writing: 28)
Institution : Private University in Greater Noida

No Papers

Internships:
1.5 month internship in Image Processing at Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata
4 month internship in Computer Vision at a start-up

Work Experience:
2 years of work experience at MNC related to Computer Vision algorithms (used for automation of vehicles)

Co-curricular:
Placement coordinator in final year of college

LOR:
1 from HoD of CSE at college (strong)
1 from Computer Vision technical head at present company
1 from CEO of start-up

Kindly let me know my chances of getting in these universities:
Carnegie Mellon University (CMU)
Georgia institute of technology (Gatech)
University of Massachusetts, Amherst (UMass)
University of California, San Diego ( UCSD)
New York University (NYU)

I am majorly confused between CMU, GaTech and UCSD for ambitious category and also NYU vs UMass. I wish to apply in a college where I have better chance of selection. Seniors, suggestions would be really appreciated.

I'd say NYU is a safe-mod for your profile, whereas UMass would be a ambitious bet.

A majority of your univs are ambi. While it is appreciated to be ambitious, it is better to have a safety net. Add 2-3 mod and 2 safe univs and you should be good.
