Tag me to get my attention. Evaluating only EU CS profiles. You can also refer me for EU visa queries(have managed 5 visas in last 2 years)
I can give my opinion and suggestions about Profile Evaluations but can't comment on Mod, Ambi and Safe for each university(that's the States, not EU). Cheers

stupidkris,

I don't evaluate profiles. I cannot tell you your chances for admit, scholarship etc. I do not have much info about the profiles of people who get the Erasmus scholarship.

You will need to give all the details of your profile for a complete evaluation though.

All the best!

The Khula Saand archangel

On the EM website, they have mentioned two pathways : Action 1 and Action 2. We can apply to 3 for Action 1 and/ or multiple for Action 2.

I was unable to get the info that I am elligible for Action1 or Action 2. Can you reflect upon this ? It would be very helpful.

From what I remember, Action 1 consists of all the EM masters programmes. You can apply to a maximum of 3 such programmes.

Action 2 consists of scholarships for already existing masters programmes at certain European universities. There are many Action 2 scholarships, and each one has its own criteria for applicants. Many are specific to some branches or streams (like Power Engineering, or Automobile Engineering), and are specific to certain universities. For example, 5 programmes in PoliTo may be listed, and you'll be eligible for an Action 2 scholarship if you apply to those programmes (to make it more confusing, you may have to apply through EM Action 2 and not the host university's standard application process).

Finally, Action 2 scholarships also depend on your citizenship. Not all Action 2 scholarships are for India or Bangladesh etc.

Fall '14 applicant. Energy/Resources.

That means I will have to check for all action 1 and action 2 to find the best course that suits me. They have writen sth related to Partnership programs for Action 2 but did not get, what and with whom is the partnership Razz. Nowhere is mentioned about eligibility clearly regarding which "action" to go for!

Action 1 and Action 2 are independent of each other. Action 1 is pretty straightforward as applications go; it's like most grad school applications. Action 2 is more confusing. You'll have to go through each Action 2 partnership webpage and find out if your citizenship makes you eligible. This, for example: http://www.areas.polito.it/ .

The "Partnership" is usually between 5-6 universities. In those universities, select programmes are eligible to come under Action 2.
