Hi,

Got the same letter saying that 'you are on a reserve list'

Does anyone happen to know any senior who went through the process?
Does anyone know if someone got the admit with scholarship?

I found few people in fb.. Even they are without scholarship. I think very rarely people get with scholarship.

My preference were same.. Very Happy
1. UPC -1st year
2. Stuttgart -2nd year

No idea about Spain Visa. I guess, if you are sure to join, then send them an email, they might send you some docs to assist you in the visa process.

Meanwhile, check this out for Spanish Visa, might be helpful.

I mailed them regarding any updates and I got the following reply :

Quote:Dear candidate,

I am glad to inform you that now you are in the reserve list to get the scholarship. Depending on the dropouts your application could go up to get the scholarship. It would be announced by May.
In case you are not selected, then you will have the option of the self-funding program. The tuition fees are: 8000€ EU students and 16000€ for other countries.

Yours sincerely

Cristina Pérez

No surprises hereShame on youShame on you

parismulye Yes, I have got admit from University of Massachusetts Amherst and Mississippi State University also. Wont go there if I dont get any assistantship (Cant afford it Confused ) . I have also applied to CSE in TU Braunschweig and COMMAS Stuttgart.

I am hoping that since U Stuttgart is one of the consortium univs in EM CIMNE and they have already given some positive feedback (given the fact that I got into CINME) ; they will give me an admit in COMMAS too Very HappyVery Happy ( a very far stretch though EmbarassedEmbarassed ).

BTW I am more inclined towards Europe and specially CINME since the total cost over 2 years will be far less than any univs in US.

What about you?

Hey sorry for d delay.

I was in turmoil.. Got admit in ASU. So, confused wat to choose.

I enquired senior about job opportunities after MS. They told me that, this is mostly research oriented program which is good for people planning for Phd. But that doesn't mean no jobs. we do get but a bit difficult.
