It would be better that you first fill in your Infobank completely.
Nobody will reply to you unless it is completely filled.
Tutorial can be found in my signature.

gmatesunny, You have pretty good admits. I have a question for you - What do you plan to do post MS? If you plan to find a job afterwards, I would also advise opting for Germany. This is because it would be your safest choice - it has a decent job market and you can draw on people's experiences.

If, on the other hand, your main aim is to pursue a career in research then you can also opt for France/Estonia. Grenoble is an excellent option. Not only is the University quite good, the city in itself is very beautiful - it is considered to be the skiing capital of the Alps. And while it is a little more expensive than Germany, it would be well worth it if you find the program interesting. Now, to be honest, I do not know much about University of Tartu. On paper, it looks quite good and it also happens to be the cheapest option for you (I think, not sure of the cost of living there). But I imagine things would not be easy as this program was started only this year. That being said, it is only a minor bump and not a huge hindrance. All the best and please fill up your infobank.
