Is it possible that someone studies in one european country(ex:Italy,Czech Republic) but gets employment in another European country (ex: Germany,France) ?
Are there any Visa or employment rules which don't allow doing so?
Any other problems which can arise in this process?

I don't think there is any sort of restriction to this. Just be aware that the company isn't looking for someone with knowledge of local language. You do have to apply for visa for that specific country and complete all formalities for obtaining the residence permit.

There are numerous cases of what you just asked. I moved to Germany with a PhD contract from Netherlands. One of my friend also moved to berlin with a job as a software engineer after his masters in netherlands. There are people who have moved to Dublin and Italy, Austria, Switzerland and france as well. It's totally possible and I think one should look for opportunities all over EU.

What about , if you study in Germany and plan to work in the US? Know anyone who has done that? If yes, how? ..

The procedure is same. You just apply for a visa from Germany instead of India. Nothing else is different. Why should it be?
