Absolutely need to retake GRE. Need at least 318 & above for decent chance.

Even for MS, you need min of 300.

I agree with the suggestion by Edulix Editor. Retake GRE. I would also suggest you to consider getting a Masters degree in US first. Unless you have degree(s) from the absolute top institutes (IIT/BITS/some NITs) in India and/or good research background, directly going for a PhD is not a good idea. In my opinion, you should not go for a PhD program at this stage. You did not mention in your profile, but I hope you have some background in research in the areas of your interest. PhD requies motivation and lot of hard work. Do not think of it as an alternate/backup plan.

Good luck!

Your TOEFL score is very low. 100+ is what I would personally ask you to target

I am looking for PhD for full scholarship also.in masters it is tough to get scholarship. For PhD it is quite easy as I heard. Please let me know whether it is not possible to get PhD when my masters is not from top universities.

I don't have any research background. My MBA is not from top ranked university. I have 4 years work ex in Top rank MNC as HR. Should I target any US university at all for phd with full funding?

Last time I tried to connect with some university professors. They did not reply. What is the best time to connect with the professors? Or blindly I should believe in luck and apply with those professors who has worked on my area of interest field?

Presently due to maternity I left my job on September 16.

Please confirm wheather gmat will be preferred by the universities for PhD in hr management. In university website it is written that both will be accepted. But few professors have suggested to appear for gmat.
