I am not sure about the exact range. Could be set into three categories based on costs.

Low
SUNY
TAMU

Moderate
UTAH
Pittsburgh(not too sure about this one)

High
Indiana
Arizona
Maryland
Minnesota
Chapel Hill(not too sure about this one)
NYU

Sorry for the delayed response. I was busy with the beginning of the new semester.

SUNY - Mod
TAMU - Mod
UTAH - Safe- Mod
Pittsburgh- No idea
Indiana- mod-ambi
Arizona-mod-ambi
Maryland- High mod-ambi
Minnesota - ambi
Chapel Hill -ambi
NYU -High Mod - ambi

I prefer to err on the side of the caution because of low GPA, so how you present yourself in SoP makes all the difference.

Thanks and all the best my friend Very Happy

Busy settling in new location. Sorry about the late repsonse.

Indiana University Bloomington -- MSIS (AMBI)
New York University -- MSBA (No idea)
Suny Buffalo/ University at Buffalo -- MIS (Safe Mod - related work ex can play the trick. Concentrate more on that in SOP)
Texas A&M University -- MIS (MOD)
University of Arizona -- MIS (MOD)
University of Maryland, College Park -- MIM/MSBA (MIM - Safe, Do they have MSBA?)
University of Minnesota Twin Cities -- MSBA - V AMBI (Drop)
University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill -- MIS - No idea (Should be safe i guess)
University of Pittsburgh -- MS-MIS - no idea
University of Utah -- MIS (V Safe)

Unfortunately, you haven't done your research well (based on the bad mix of univ's). Also, finding the total cost for the program is not a big ordeal. Contact fellows studying/graduated from those universities. I am sure you are smart enough to figure out the finances, aid etc through them.

Utah, CHapel Hill can be dropped. Go for better one's.
UIC, USF, GSU can be some of the very safe bets.
UB, CMU, Eller, Maryland, IUB(you can try your luck), TAMU should do. IMO
