Hello, I will apply for Fall 18 in MS-EE
CGPA :8.5/10(8.8 in last 2 semesters)
GRE : 318(162Q,156V) AWA-4
TOEFL yet to give.
2 IEEE and 1 Springer published papers in International Conferences on Embedded Systems.
2 Major projects and 4 Minor projects in Embedded Systems.
I will apply for MS-EE for Embedded and VLSI(got interested, while doing projects and learning about Embedded).
1 Online course related to VLSI.

Universities I have shortlisted :

University of California,Los Angeles.

University of Illinois, Urbana Campaign.
North Carolina State University, Rayleigh

Your list is way too ambitious. Please come up with a more balanced list along what is recommended below.

Ranked/Ambitious
University of California, San Diego or UCLA (Choose One) - UCLA tough.
Texas A&M University, College station
Pennsylvania State University, University Park


Moderate
Arizona State University
North Carolina State University, Rayleigh
University of Florida

Safe
U Cincinantti
SJSU or UTD
Northeastern University
University of Southern California (safe to moderate)

Please use this a guideline and tweak your list. Also please do use UniSuggest to see how your GRE compares with average admitted GRE etc...
