So Saarland University indeed has a very strong Computer Vision faculty and with close proximity to MPI, I think you would have the opportunity to do a very good Master thesis there. And as far as jobs are concerned, you don't have to fret about it. In principle although Munich has the most number of companies that are associated with the field of CS, it would still not be a problem to study in Saarland and find a thesis or job elsewhere within Germany.

If CV is your goal, Saarland has to be on your list for sure.
This link will give you additional information about all the research groups, organizations and universities in Germany in your field of interest.

German Computer Vision research groups and companies

I would suggest that you look at more universities in Europe too to improve your chances.

Please remove all self-categorization from your post, which might end up misleading other applicants.

Also, can you retake the GRE? While you have a good score now, it is on the cusp, as far as the top schools are concerned, and if you can pull it up a little while not losing a lot on the quant, it will make your chances better at the top schools.

1) Please mention as many details as possible about your academics, research and work-ex, in terms of projects worked on, technologies used, roles/responsibilities handled, papers published/presented, awards/honors obtained, etc. All those have to be put in the misc details section of your UniSearch profile if you expect any help on Edulix. Also, before requesting for profile evaluations, please go through this excellent post.

2) Please take some time out to read these three threads in their entirety. PLEASE do that before asking questions about universities from a comparison perspective, or jobs, or coursework, or H-1B visas, or "placements", irrespective of which univ/department/program/major you're applying to.

I love to read, and then I regurgitate. I write - a lot - as my posts here and on other outlets would show. I do not make apologies for what I write (and how long it is). I do not sugarcoat things either. I don't tolerate vague questions, for any reasons - ignorance arising out of an inability to locate information when the necessary tools to do so (i.e. the internet, libraries, university websites, other forums/bulletin boards, etc.) are readily available, is not any kind of an acceptable excuse.

I am dropping
TAMU,Macgill - Lack of research,
USC-patially due to cost and partially due to the fact that subjects are assigned there on the basis of CGPA and not your interest

And I am now adding following universities to the list. Please evaluate them
1)UMTC
2)UCI
3)Virginia Tech
4)UFL
5)University of virginia
