Requesting you to consider my profile for evaluation and suggestions. The subject line goes out of bounds as I try to enter my college name. Apologies.

Good GPA; kind of OK GRE (for US).

My recommended list:

Europe:
The usual practice of rank, moderate, and safe is not really applicable to European programs. Most programs are rated almost equal. Very few exceptions.

TU Delft
TU Eindhoven
TU Twente
Lund University- Sweden (KTH could also replace Lund)
TU Kaiserslautern
RWTH Aachen
TUHH- Hamburg
TU Bremen

All good.. Make sure you start learning German if you are serious about these programs. TU Delft and Eindhoven require tuition payments. Almost free in Germany.

In the US:
Ranked
TAMU
UC Colorado
Amherst
Minnesota

Moderate
NCSU (moderate to ranked for your GPA)
Syracuse
SUNY Buffalo
SUNY Stony Brook
ASU- Arizona
UC Irvine

Safe
UT Arlington
Pittsburg
UTD Dallas
NJIT- New Jersey

Using this classification as guide, please trim it to the total number you wish to apply to (10 is our recommendation).

cheers,

EE
