NYU and UB would be ambi, SJSU and GSU would be safe, Syracuse would be safe-mod, IUB, UIC, UTD, USC would be mods, and I recommend dropping NCSU from the list (too ambi).

1) Please mention as many details as possible about your academics, research and work-ex, in terms of projects worked on, technologies used, roles/responsibilities handled, papers published/presented, awards/honors obtained, etc. All those have to be put in the misc details section of your UniSearch profile if you expect any help on Edulix. Also, before requesting for profile evaluations, please go through this excellent post.

2) Please take some time out to read these three threads in their entirety. PLEASE do that before asking questions about universities from a comparison perspective, or jobs, or coursework, or H-1B visas, or "placements", irrespective of which univ/department/program/major you're applying to.

I love to read, and then I regurgitate. I write - a lot - as my posts here and on other outlets would show. I do not make apologies for what I write (and how long it is). I do not sugarcoat things either. I don't tolerate vague questions, for any reasons - ignorance arising out of an inability to locate information when the necessary tools to do so (i.e. the internet, libraries, university websites, other forums/bulletin boards, etc.) are readily available, is not any kind of an acceptable excuse.

Thanks a lot for taking some time out and replying, I updated the technologies I worked on adjacent to my work experience.

I had published one paper in final year of my engineering, I have the the certificate of the same. However, the publication's website shut down two months ago so now there is no online presence of the same for univ to cross check. So I didnt mention it.

Any other safe universities that you can suggest?
I would be grateful.

3 safes is more than enough, in my opinion. If you want to add more, please use the UniSearch and UniSuggest systems here on Edulix, and go through other threads here to find out which ones have been recommended as safes for other CS applicants. We won't serve stuff up on a silver platter here - do you own legwork. Once you identify a set of schools you think you might want to apply to, go through each university and each program's website, and see if you really like the coursework offered and the research being conducted there and then come post that list here. Doing all this is solely your responsibility as a prospective graduate applicant, so I recommend you get to it ASAP.
