Nice CGPA and GRE. Can I know your ranking in class? Also give more details regarding projects and which technologies you have linked with. Also, if you are targeting a specific generalization that would help, please tell. Also since I don't know your undergraduate institution, I will tag seniors for you which will give you a correct evaluation.

The university does not provide us with rankings. But it is somewhere around 25-30 in a class of 170 students.

Some info about my college:

Its in the state of Gujarat and is AICTE approved. Also it is accredited "A" by NAAC.

My undergraduate projects:

1)- Health Companion Android App- This app allows the users to monitor their health statistics.Features include calorie tracker, pill and water reminder, medicine info along with its genre.
Technology: Java For Android, SQLite,Some libraries of Android

2)- Place N digits Android App- The user has to guess a random 4 digit number generated by the system .The faster one guesses the higher his score will be. This is a maths based game.

Technology: Java for Android.

3)-Enterprise Software for Electric Company:
This software allows the employees of an electric service provider to manage their records and to serve their customers in a better way.
Features: Check Bill, open or cancel connection, change the current load, raise a complaint.
Technology: Java using NetBeans IDE, Oracle 9g for database storage

4)- Banking Management System
Simple banking application with all the common features
Technology: ASP.NET with C#, Microsoft SQL Server for data storage.

5)- Airport Management System
Technology: C++ with File System

Extra Curricular: Organiser of culutural festival at university.
Intern at 7cups.com

Specialisation: I've not yet decided. Is it necessary to mention what field we want to specialise in the SOP.

Another question I had is what can I do in these two months I have to improve my profile.

Great GRE and GPA. Overall, great package. Hence, my recommended list is a bot aggressive towards ranked and moderate:

Ranked
Penn State University
UT Austin
GT
UMCP

Total: 4

Moderate
3)UMass, Amherst
4) Arizona State University
7) Rutgers University ,New Brunswick
2)University of California, Irvine
8) UC Davis
10)North Carolina State University
12)Northeastern University

Total: 4-5
Drop UC Davis

Safe
5) San Jose State University (SJSU)
6) SUNY, Stony Brook
1) University of Southern California (Yes, safe, believe it or not.....)
Total: 2-3

EE

I'd highly recommend getting some work-ex before applying (ideally, at least 2 years), if possible.

1) Please mention as many details as possible about your academics, research and work-ex, in terms of projects worked on, technologies used, roles/responsibilities handled, papers published/presented, awards/honors obtained, etc. All those have to be put in the misc details section of your UniSearch profile if you expect any help on Edulix. Also, before requesting for profile evaluations, please go through this excellent post.

2) Please take some time out to read these three threads in their entirety. PLEASE do that before asking questions about universities from a comparison perspective, or jobs, or coursework, or H-1B visas, or "placements", irrespective of which univ/department/program/major you're applying to.

I love to read, and then I regurgitate. I write - a lot - as my posts here and on other outlets would show. I do not make apologies for what I write (and how long it is). I do not sugarcoat things either. I don't tolerate vague questions, for any reasons - ignorance arising out of an inability to locate information when the necessary tools to do so (i.e. the internet, libraries, university websites, other forums/bulletin boards, etc.) are readily available, is not any kind of an acceptable excuse.
