also, it depends what do you want to do after the MIS degree...
some programs are very technical (CMU,Arizona),the other are very business/management oriented.

Whats wrong with evening classes? ^)
Most of my classes in GWU are also after 5pm, but untill its full time study, I dont see anything wrong with it.

This is the link to GSU MIS program (includes schedule, ciruculum etc)

Curumo I have other admits from UCinn MS-IS program and GSU. What do you suggest?

UCinn program claims 98% Co-op and Job rate...I couldn;t find such info about GSU..Do you have an idea?

Thanks Curumo for the input.
Can you please provide more info on current batch's class profile at GWU?
What is the total strength of the class? How many of them are international students? How many Indians? Avg. work experience?

Also it would be good if you can provide job profiles of the last batch that got placed..job title, was it completely non-coding job profile i.e tech management/consulting? Avg salary offered.

I believe GSU has better business school and better MIS program.
Its not only the rankings, just overall feedback I received from my friends who studied in GSU Robinson school of business - the liked the uni very much. Please, also note that I dont know much about UCinn (just looked at its profile on usnews rankings and it doesnt looks any way better than GSU).
But again - you need to chose carefully between these programs!Check the details, specializations, curriculum difference etc.
Also, take into account the location of the school...Its only my assumption, but I think that Atlanta is more interesting city and is better for internships (both paid and unpaid during the semesters) and f/t jobs. Many top consulting/hi tech companies are present there.

Hard to say...I think its relatively easy to get to GWU.
I dont think most of the class has a stellar GRE or TOEFL (some of the students have problems speaking english).
I think no indians (maybe 1 or 2) in the whole class of 40.
Some portion of chinese student, but most of the people are american citizens/residents.There are some quite experienced people,I would say half of the class has work experience of 4 or more years..Several people with 8+ years work experience.
Job profiles of last batch is a secret to me as well...^))) Some people get placed to Big-4 consulting, the others go to technical jobs..including governmental/federal jobs.

While reporting GRE scores to this university, It seems that it is not listed within "Washington" state or even "Virginia" state. How will one report GRE score to this university!!? as far as i know we cannot directly report score to code for GRE like TOEFL.

anybody else got this problem?
