Hey anuragm, I got the same mail on the 25th of May (I sent my package on the 22nd itself.. lol) and they followed that mail with a missing documents, which was similar but had a few more lines.

And she followed it up with another mail which had the exact same content as the above, with a few extra lines, saying that the admission comission has looked favourably on my application and that she cannot close the admission without those documents.

I sent my scanned copies of those documents on 27th and my attested copies yesterday. Got an acknowledgement today from Mrs.Stone that she got the scanned copies and that I will hear from them soon. Waiting with my fingers crossed, 'cos if I get it in FH Aachen, that will surely be my destination.

Well Maverick21, if you are asking about the course, it's a pretty good course where you have the fundamentals of energy in the first year and the second year you can select modules based on your interest (renewables or management or sustainable energy etc). The course, as far as I have heard from a few seniors and searching in google, is pretty decent and Energy systems graduates are generally in demand in the job market, because this is primarily a FH.

I assume you sent it by speed post. I sent it on 27th May by Air Mail Razz

I had a similar problem with Magdeburg. They mailed me saying that my TOEFL score was missing. And they agreed to accept a scanned copy of my scores! So, that was resolved quite easily.

lol I sent it via DHL, but it's freaking expensive. Sad

And wow, I just wish they had asked for just the scanned copies here. Still, the latest package reached today at 10 AM Deutschland time, so hoping for a answer next week at the maximum.

Where have you decided to join anuragm? Is FH Aachen another safe admit like the Ulm?

Yeah, it was just another safe option! Right now, its Manchester v/s Magdeburg - I have mailed a lot of people, waiting for their replies. Confused

Aha, all the best mate. The only problem with Manchster is the job scenario, I guess it's a great university otherwise.

And if it is going to be Magdeburg, what is your reporting date there? Because the Visa might become a bit of a squeeze..

The reporting dates for Manchester and Magdeburg are in September and early October, respectively. So I guess that gives me about a week to decide before I settle on one. And I agree it is high time. I'm just waiting for professors Manchester, Magdeburg and IIT Bombay to respond before I take my final decision.

PS: Job scenario is not a problem for me, I am willing to come back to India - plenty of well paying jobs here. I just want to go for higher studies to well, study and get some research experience while I'm at it!

Got my admit if FH Aachen for energy systems today by mail. They said they would send it by airmail, no idea when it will reach.

I'm targeting going to VFS by 11th July. I'm actually scared there won't be enough time!

Since you are presently MSc student of Energy Systems at FH Aachen.
1. How is the coursework, Labs and faculty?
2. What are job/research prospects?
3. How is student life in Germany?

Though you have said about the course in this thread but this was at your time of application. Please could you share your experiences about this course
