The first step is the ads forum. All registered users can post housing ads in the prescribed format. Please remember that no user will be able to post replies.

Posting Guidelines
  1. Contact Person: Name with Email or Phone Number
  2. Address along with a link to Google Maps/Yahoo Maps/MapQuest
  3. Number of Rooms - Like 2BHK or 2Bed/2Bath
  4. Rent per month
  5. Details on all utilities - heat, water, electricity, internet, etc
  6. Photos(if any) can be uploaded to other sites like imageshack.us and the link can be posted here within [img][/img] tags and the photos will be displayed inline
  7. And finally, the terms of the lease agreement, like is it for one year or is it month-to-month etc.
