If one really wants to join SS2014, you could explain the AAA(Foreign Office) your situation via mail or call and ask them if the enrollment date can be extended. It's just an alternative, but you guys would still miss minimum of 3 weeks of classes. So decide carefully!

Applying for WS-2015. After the application is sent electronically, can we apply again for the same course?
Asking this because post-submission, I realized that I had filled June as the start month of one of my jobs in place of july
I have not sent the hardcopy till now though.
