keep atleast two photocopies of all certificates. I dont know about Delhi embassy. Take atleast 5lakh+ finanacial statements. But i prefer you show 7lakh+(since euro is increasing and safe reasons). Show all your fathers account etc.. (mostly liquid cash). For me they didnt called the bank and verify the amount i have in bank. But dont take any risk, if they reject once there wont be any time left for you to apply. So take as many money as you can and put into your, fathers account and take statements

wow.

amazing post.
very informative.
really good.

great work.

the tempting siren song of fame has shipwreckd countless humans on the jagged rocks of disillusion. the yearning to fuel the eyes of the world upon u is buried deep in the hearts of creatures whose lives too often feel the dull cold drag of anonymity. no one s immune to these emotions or to their consequences.

Hey yogi

I would like to know how rigid are universities in Germany like RWTH Aachen and Stuttgart regarding CGPA.Many of them have mentioned minimum 75% CGPA.

Don't they consider work-ex and recos. Can these compensate for the CGPA?

Also are you aware of CS courses in Comp Sc in English. They often ask to clear the TestDAF which is quite tough I have heard and its impractical to attempt it within the short period of time now available.

Hi Yogi,

Thanks alot for the info! It was very useful.
I had one query, is scholarship easily available for Masters programs? How to apply for the same?
I am planning to apply for the Erasmus program as funding is available for it.

Regards,
Swarna

when talking about scholarships, dont compare it with TA, RA etc.. in US. Since Germany dont have much tuition fees they wont give much also. Remember that in Erasmus only few courses are available and you will have to do it in atleast two universities(two different country and language). Another scholarship is DAAD. But I will say dont choose the program because it has scholarships. If you are smart then you can manage in Germany with a amount less than 4lakhs(if you work smartly then you can do without any money from home, but requires good German and inputs from seniors). Without anything, studies will take around 8lakhs. So first see the course than the scholarship
