Ur profile is good mann..RWTH i don know how importance work ex plays...last year there was no importance for work ex..I applied and got reject for PSE and CAME..the selection policy is so weird in RWTH as per me...

They give multiple admits..2-3 guys made admits in all the four International Academy courses...thats so lame..ppl just don know which area they want to specialize...students,especially freshers apply to all four and take what ever they get...RWTH encourages this...

I dont think I ll get RWTH..im just a 7.4/10...As per German International Standards min 7.5 is required..this was the reason they gave me last time...they never considered my core work ex..

One of my friends applied to Saarland for MS ( belongs to CS ) . He is from IIIT-H, 3 years of experience in ISL and one year in a research lab . he got rejected because his GPA is 7.3 while they wanted 7.5 . So, German universities are probably very strict with this.

Oh.. In their website it says minimum 65%! I'll second your sentiment that RWTH has a weird selection process. My senior, who had 970 in GRE and an average academic profile got in last year to their automotive course, whereas guys with stronger profiles got rejected. *Insane*

I have done it long back on 24th march. But still i haven't got any reply from them.

Is there any body with same status? This online application is upto 31st may i guess..

I've got an email 4 days back...

Got the info that E3 round is up and I've been cited as a promising candidate.....

I applied on Jan 19 2011..
well now they are asking for a Certificate of bond from the bank or parents..

well, RWTH has a higher academic reputation, but maybe takes more effort to graduate.

I have applied on 29th march and have recieved email where they had asked for docs in pdf format.
After that there were no news ..fingers still crossed

I applied to TU Berlin ten days ago using their online service called Uni-Assist and attached my documents there, but today (after asking) they told me that I also have to submit these documents by post

Can anyone please describe their application process... did you apply online using this service, did you send some documents by post and did you have to pay some application fee?

Any help is appreciated

Hamburg , bremerhaven , aachen and berlin
have got the confirmation from all three except berlin tu
from berlin i have just got a positive response , but yet to get confirmed
